I gathered my belongings and stepped outside.
The wind blew passed my body making the towel blow in my face.
Then it decided to go behind my back and l felt like a superhero.
I ran to join my group. They were dry now, but just you wait.
Like always I was last person in line.
Our group parents said "Come on then, let's go kayaking".
We all marched down the creaking stair case and stepped into the pointy green grass.
We started to walk down when I slipped! My foot flew right out in front of me and suddenly I was on my back looking up at the grey sky.
Even though it hurt I got up on my feet and then just walked down carefully instead of running.
I checked behind me to see if any one was watching us or if I was the last one...
and unfortunately for me I didn't see the drop! I fell off the edge of the hill and landed on my knees and my hands.
I got up.
I looked at my hands and they were covered in mud.
Then I looked at my feet and knees... unsurprisingly, they were covered in mud as well!
I continued through the slippery mud just trying to stay up. The kayaks were still so far away.
I didn't feel like superhero anymore!
